All first Appointments require a patch test and consultation.
Please book this at leat 24/48hrs prior to your appointment.
If you haven't been to us for 6 months or if your medical history has changed we will require you to be re patch tested. Please contact us direct if you cannot find an appointment for a patch test and we will do our best to get you in.
All Bookings require a Booking fee
Brow Appointments £15
Lash Appointments £25
Combo Appointments £35.00
PLEASE READ OUR CANCELLATION POLICY BEFORE PROCEEDING.
We require 48 hours notice of cancellation failure to do so will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Less than 48 hrs notice of cancellation will result in you losing your booking fee
Less than 24 hrs notice or no show will result in 100% charge.
Please come to your appointment on time, If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment and you will be subject to pay a cancellation fee.
We will however book you back in at our earliest convenience once the cancellation fee has been paid. If you are a lash client you may run over your infills weeks and a new set may have to be booked in.
No Children are allowed in the salon due to health and safety.
